all in all an upscale hotel and incredible stay. absolutely amazing staff, excellent service, outstanding views. very central location, within walking distance of yucatek divers. the room was welcoming, immaculate. hot breakfast with lots of choice. easy check-out was useful.

came in playa del carmen to relax and have fun, this hotel was nice base for doing it. room was good value. the airport was 1 mile away from here, great location.

That water was missing.
